It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Reed of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Reed and Ernest Reed; and his sisters, Gladell Ames and Ruth Morton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Reed of South Bend, Indiana; his daughter Tonya Jones-Hebert (Joseph) of San Antonio, Texas; his brother-in-law Ralph Morton of South Bend, Indiana; his nephews, Rafael Morton of South Bend and Quentin Barber of Oakland, California; and his grandsons, Peyton Jones-Hebert and Connor Jones-Hebert of San Antonio. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
