He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix L. Owsley Sr. and Florence W. Owsley (Adams); his son Derek Owsley; and his brother Alphonse Owsley. He is survived by: his children, Maria K. Harding (Brian) of South Bend, IN and Brian L. Owsley of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Spencer Harding, Chloe Harding, Paige Harding, Elizabeth Owsley and Alexander Owsley; his siblings' children, Amanda Choinacky of South Bend, IN, Beth Ploetz (Terry) of South Bend and Zachery Maggio of San Antonio, TX; his sister Janice; his brother-in-law Mark Choinacky; his brother Daron; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Goad.
