He is survived by: his wife Ruthine Johnson of South Bend; his children, Angela Petty of South Bend, Curt Petty (Sarah) of South Bend, Clayton Johnson (JoAnna) of Topeka, Kansas., Ferrell Johnson, IV of Topeka, Kansas. and Richard Martinez of Topeka, Kansas.; and his siblings, Vicki Burger of South Bend, Brenda Hernandez (Felipe) of South Bend and Charles Johnson of South Bend.
