She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenny G. Rogers and Wanita Rogers (Cole); her husband Ronald B. Bailey; her son-in-law Ricky Ford; and her siblings, Shirley Bryant and Kenneth "Bub" Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Ford, Cindy Schaller (Ray), Tressa Bailey, Rhonda Bailey and Phillip Bailey (Cynthia); and her grandson Adam. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Casimir Catholic Church (1308 Dunham St, South Bend, IN 46619). A committal service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Casimir Catholic Church, 1308 W. Dunham St., South Bend, IN 46619 in honor of Frances I Bailey.
