It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances McKinney of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Brantley, Sr. and Lucille Jones (Blakes); and her siblings, Jackie Foster and Joe Brantley Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanette Kamara of South Bend; her granddaughter Beanita Brantley of South Bend; her great grandchildren, Braylin, Avari, Sabrina and Brielle; her siblings, Brenda Leflore and John Lee Brantley; and her close friend Larry Marbley.
