It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank James Fanin Jr. of South Bend, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fanin Sr. and Barbara Sue Henry (Branam); and his girlfriend Tina Gray. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Fanin, Eddie Hickman-Simmons Jr. (Brandon), Andrew Fanin (Krystal), Kayla Thompson (Dwayne Trippett), Steven Fanin (Mercedes), Stefanie Peffley (Anthony), Zach Lane (Kara) and Emilee Fanin; his girlfriend Joanne Mathes; his former wife Carmel Hollars; and his brothers, James D. Wheat Jr. and Allen L. Wheat. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, loving father to his 8 children and a doting grandfather to his grandchildren.
