He was predeceased by: his father Frank L. Holtsclaw, Sr.; his sons, William "Billy" Holtsclaw and Christian Francis Holtsclaw; and his sisters, Kathy Lisenko and Tammy King.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Jane Holtsclaw (Alexandrowicz) of South Bend; his children, Jessica DeBeck (Chad) of South Bend, Frank Holtsclaw III (Jill) of South Bend, Brent Holtsclaw (Maranda) of Oregon, Brock Holtsclaw (Caity) of Michigan and Johnathan Holtsclaw (Heidi) of South Bend; and his siblings, Tina Fiedler (Don) of Mishawaka, Theresa Keen (Donnie) of South Bend, Darlene Miller of Virginia, Jeff Holtsclaw (Lisa) of Fort Wayne and Sean Holtsclaw of South Bend. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
