He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Gorman; his children, Chris Jurkaites (Michele) and Colleen Shook (Brad); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Makenna, Mason, Max and Miles; his sister Patricia Karkiewicz; his sibling's children, Kim Karkiewicz and Jeff Karkiewicz (Betty); his sister-in-law Barbara Schuler (Greg); his niece Megan Cordoba (Marcos); his great-nephew Julian; his great-niece Lucia; his niece Maureen Leverty (Taylor); his great-nephew Lincoln; his brother-in-law Jeff Gorman (Diane); and his sibling's children, Molly and Kelly. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
