She is survived by: her sisters, Paula Johnson and Judith Brodie-Brooks; her siblings' children, Donna Johnson, Lee Ann Brevard, Alayna Brooks, Douglas Johnson and Alvin Brooks; her goddaughters, Reba Williams and Teshylia Peters; and her aunt Ruth Nance of Evansville. She is also survived by 1 great-niece, 5 great-nephews, many great-great-nieces and nephews; many cousins.
