He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Mauk and Helen Mauk (Johnson); his former wife Maralee Mauk (Cave); his wife Carol Mauk (Horvath); and his brothers, Max Mauk and Russell Mauk.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Dyszkiewicz (Michael) of South Bend, Gregory Mauk (Susan) of Fremont, IN and David Mauk (Lorraine) of North Liberty; and his stepchildren, Julie Nelson (Rich) of California, Vicki Horvath of South Bend, Susanne Hiatt of South Bend, Steven Thompson of South Bend, Tim Thompson (Patty) of Elkhart and Ryan Thompson (Tina) of South Bend. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
