He is survived by: his wife Kim Sterling (Gourlie); his children, Rebecca Alwin (Jacob), Wendy Geier (Jeff), Meredith Sterling, James Sterling and Matthew Sterling (Karri); his brothers, Butch Sterling (Bonnie) and Arlan Sterling (Judy); his grandchildren, Emily, Dylan, Amy Faulkner, Molli, Sofia Plantz, Stella, Morgan Sterling, Sgt. Michael Sterling, Alise Quinn and Elina Baltins; and his great grandchild Raign Gray.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or the Smile Train.
