He was predeceased by: his sister Jennifer Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Michael D. Moore (Diana K.) of South Bend, IN and Dorothy Jordan (Gard) of South Bend, IN; his wife Sari J. Moore (Salmon) of South Bend, IN; his children, Makinzie L. Moore of South Bend, IN and Ayden M. Moore of South Bend, IN; and his brothers, Matthew A. Moore (Sara), Kyle W. Moore (Ashleigh) of South Bend, IN, Ryan J. Moore of Indianapolis, IN and Scott R. Moore (Sahar) of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
