He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Marie (Joubert), Antonio Cipriano and Henrietta Cipriano; his wife Kay Palmiter (Palmiter); his children, David (Debra Garrison), Douglas (Heidi Cuesta), Toni (James Steffens), Neil and Dulene; and his grandchildren, Zachary Simms, Gabriela Cipriano, Peter Cipriano and Joseph Cipriano.
