She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Trzaskowski and Candace Trzaskowski; her grandchildren, Whitney Burke (Nick) and Katie Zuercher; her sister Theresa Osowski; her sibling's children, Steve Osowski (Chris), Sandy Elick (Jay) and Susie Osowski; her great-nephews, Logan and Blake Elick; and her granddaughter Hailey.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice, Raclin House, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 in honor of Grace Trzaskowski.
