He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Rankin and Ethel Bertha Rankin (Smith). He is survived by : his children, Rhonda Reinhold (Brad) of South Bend, Renae Frick (Donald) of South Bend, Randy Rankin (Carla) of South Bend and Ray Rankin (Jan) of South Bend. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
