It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henrietta Tafelski of South Bend, Indiana, born in Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Klimowicz and Gertrude Klimowicz (Kulpanowski); and her husband John Tafelski. She is survived by: her children, Doreen Tafelski, John E. Tafelski and David Tafelski; her grandchildren, Justin Provines (Katie), Alexandra "Sunshine" Provines-Knarr (Cory), Tanner, Gabriel, Marissa Tafelski, Emma, Lea Tafelski and Florence "Sweetheart" Jones; her great grandchildren, Jensen and Kinsley Provines; and her sister Irene Clark.
