He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilarius Wittenbrink and Stella Marie Wittenbrink; his wife Kathryn Margaret Wittenbrink; his siblings, Marie Clare and Robert; his sisters-in-law, Gail and Barbara Wittenbrink; and his nephew Matthew.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Wittenbrink McCormick (Brian), Jennifer Wittenbrink (Roy Ortega), Mark Wittenbrink (Pam) and Katherine Wittenbrink (Zach Clark); his grandchildren, Lauren Hefferon and Emily Ryan (Kevin); his children, Nicholas, Anna Ortega, Ryan, Madelyn, Sean Wittenbrink, Jacob, Guinevere, Lucy Clark, Leslie and Lisa; and his siblings, John and Margaret. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church, South Bend, Indiana, or the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
