She is survived by: her husband David Ousnamer; her children, Gillian Lewis (Jeffrey), Elizabeth Darlene Ousnamer and Scott Buckingham Jr.; her granddaughter Haley Sage Isabella Lewis; her brother Randy Roy Tate Jr.; her mother Keri Mersch (Joe); her grandparents, Jean and Clyde Smith; her mother-in-law Nancy Bechtel (Bob); Craig Ousnamer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
