With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugo A. Tomchak of South Bend, Indiana, born in Lakeside, Michigan, who passed away on August 1, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Tomchak and Mabel Tomchak (Perham); his daughter Cindy Flaherty; and his brother Keith Mann. He is survived by: his friend Tomchak Accountancy Corp; his children, Anne M. Jank of South Bend, Victoria L. Miller of Mishawaka, Indiana and Bennet W. Tomchak (Michelle) of Elkhart, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kevin Flaherty (Christine), Danielle Bartkowiak (Jonathan), Paige Tomchak, Jordan Jank, Kelly Miller (Dana Cantrell), Sean Miller (Elizabeth) and Sargeant Hunter Perkins; his son-in-law Michael Flaherty (Tammie) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Sophia Miller, Connor Miller, Catherine "Kay" Flaherty, Joanna Flaherty and Theodora "Teddie" Flaherty; and his sisters, Patsy Ann Wilson of Michigan City and Barbara A. Gurrola (Rudy) of The Villages, Florida..
