She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie Bigsby and Grady Thompson; her son Lionel R. Johnson; and her brother Cornelious "Mickey" Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Latoya Johnson of South Bend; her grandchildren, Jayda and Calvin Strickland of South Bend; and her sisters, Robin Crump (Charles) of South Bend and Michelle Thompson of South Bend.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628).
