He is survived by: his spouse Kokilaben Amin; his children, Jaina, Beena (Lou), Nimesh (Sowmya), Asha, Louis, Uma, Amari and Alia; and his siblings, Gunwantiben Patel, Ghanshambhai Amin and Madhubhai Amin.
