He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harr and Charmie Harr (Cross); his wife Dorothy Marshal; his siblings, Pauline Warren, Juanita Harr, Jesse Warren, Charles Harr, Oscar Harr and Lester Harr; and his granddaughter Amanda Ezra.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Nichols, Jennifer Aguilar, Charlie Black (Kathy), David Harr and Ivan T. Harr (Jane); his grandchildren, Emily (Drew), Bobby (Liz), Olivia (Ruben), Mollie (Kenny), Rodger, Holly (Miguel), Joshua (Kelsy), Ashley (Gustavo), Alyssa (Malcolm), Allia (Jared), Eli (Atlanta) and David; his great grandchildren, Tony (Brianna), Anika "Lil Angel" (Cole), Nicholas, Benny, Carlie Jayne, Kali Mae, Miguel Jr., Eric, Jaziel, Dalilah, Isaiah, Lily "Annie", Joey, Marco, Isaak, Marci, Leighla Fai "Curly", Leo, Joe, Shaylee, Cat, Chevy, Mathias, Nio, Blakely, Ciara, Adelynn, Jayden, Hunter, Austin, Oliver and Francisco "Frankie"; and his siblings, Velma Lemmer, Vivian Taylor (JT), Faye Farris and Scott Harr (Connie).
