He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Spillman and Eva Jo Spillman (Jensen); his grandson Scott Gann; and his siblings, Doreen Bowlin, Mary Evelyn Haskin, June Tucker, Kay Stroud and Bill Spillman.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Spillman; his children, Marise "Cissy" Gann (Danny) of South Bend, Kim Biskupski (John) of South Bend, Jack W. Spillman Jr. (Debbie) of South Bend and Mike Spillman (Donna) of Mishawaka; and his sister Joan Albaugh.
