He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Biggs and Donna Jean Biggs (McCabe); and his siblings, Martha "Marty" Lyon and Christopher "Chris" Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Sue Biggs (Custard); his children, Brian Biggs (Amy), Tony Biggs (Nicole), Shelley Wimberley (Chuck) and Wendy Brown (Bob); his brothers, Michael Biggs (Erma) and Ross "Joe" Biggs (Linda); and his daughter-in-law Debbie Biggs. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren who lovingly knew him as "Papa".
