He was predeceased by: his father William E. Fenney. He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Early; and his children, Dawn Fenney, Connie Batson, James R. Fenney Jr., Robert J. Fenney, William Fenney, Ronald Fenney and Gary Batson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
