He is survived by: his wife Cleo; his sons, James Martino, Jr. of New Orleans, LA and Michael Martino (Kathleen) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Kailyn Pearce (Kirkland), Sarah Martino and Isabella Martino; his sister-in-law Andrianna West (Paul) of Portland, Oregon.; his uncle Tom Delvecchio; and his cousins, Joanne Lavin, Kelly Lavin, Debbie Nesser and Ron Celentano (Helene).
