He is survived by: his wife Thelma Scott (Butner) of South Bend, IN; his children, Jerry Evans Scott (Amy) of South Bend, IN, April Milline Scott (Rania) of Cleveland, TN and Emalie Ruth Curtis (Taylor) of Twin Falls, ID.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Kramer (Chris), Jean Marie Scott, Cullen Scott, Austin Scott, Kaylin Rose Harris (Luke), Grace Ingram, Zach Scott (Lindsey), Levi Scott, MacKenzie (Myers), Megan Myers, Meadow Myers, Micah Myers, Maleah Myers, Raelynn Jones, Cahlee Jones, Mehran Jones, Silus Jones and Evanie Scott; his great grandchildren, Hanna Kramer, Theo Kramer, Haleigh Scott, Hudson Harris, Hayden Harris, Liam Harris, John Paul "Buddy" Jones Jr. and Paisley Jones; his siblings, Charles Scott (Theresa) of Knoxville, TN, Patricia Mayo (Scott) of Crossville, TN, Mary Sue (Scott), Elledge (Steve) of Viola, TN and Sherrie (Scott); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Wayne Butner (late Martha) of Murfreesboro, TN.
