James Quentin Tylavsky Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Quentin Tylavsky of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2023 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Tylavsky; his brother Anthony Tylavsky; his father-in-law Wendell Niles; and his stepfather Melvin Launer. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Launer (Frick); his wife Tonya Tylavsky (Kline); his children, Brianna Tylavsky and Logan Tylavsky; his stepchildren, Marcos Herbert, Jr., Cordell Walters, Savannah Barrier, Emilee Barrier and Ariyah Zalesny; his granddaughter Cortana Buggs; his stepgrandchildren, Isaiah, Cameron, Amiyah and Cayden Herbert; his parents-in-law, Jeannie Niles and Robert Kline; his stepmother Kathy Tylavsky; and his brothers-in-law, Hugh "Skeeter" Blair and Robert "Booter" Kline, III.
