He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dhuyvetter; his son Jeffrey Allen Guy (Kathy) of Fort Wayne, IN.; and his grandchildren, Amy Stoppenhagen of Fort Wayne and Jeffrey Guy of Washington, D. C..
