He is survived by: his wife Anna Ricci; his children, Justin (Colleen) of Issaquah, Cari and Travis Kukla (Nicole) of South Bend, Indiana; his siblings, Lynn Biddle (Steve) of Enid and Cris Dycus of Plymouth, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Cassandra Lynn and Cristina Green (Austin); his grandchildren, Milliana Kukla, Airess "Moth" Lynn, Jack and Georgeanne Green; his pets, Brick, Larsen, Lola, Casper, Ash and Viola; and his close friend Gary Colwell.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests gifts to be given to Heartland Small Animal Rescue in his name.
