He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Nickerson and Betty Nickerson (McKee); and his brother Gary Nickerson. He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Disterheft; his daughters, Emily Sagon (Nathan) of Granger, Maggie Galloway (Riley) of Mishawaka, Rachel Nickerson of South Bend and Lydia Nickerson (Jacob MacDonald) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Gianna, Vincent Sagon, Hudson, Hazel and Gatlin Galloway; and his siblings, Sue Zimmerman of Granger and Scott Nickerson (Rhonda) of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
