She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tashijan and Nadia Tashijan (Holotina); her husband George A. Tschumakow; and her brother Victor Tashijan (Mary). She is survived by: her sons, Alexander Tschumakow (Jennifer) and Nicholas Tschumakow (Devon); her grandchildren, Nadezhda, Alina, Landyn and Ayden; and her sister Tania Zaderej (Basil).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association.
