She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E Adams and Willa Adams; and her brother Todd Adams (Jane). She is survived by: her former husband John H. Horsley; her son John A. Horsley (Susan); her grandchildren, McKenzie Horsley, John Gentry Horsley and Paige Horsley; and her brothers, Bob Adams (Terri) and Greg Adams (Valerie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with many special friends.
She was a member of the National Nurses League, Sigma Zeta Thau honor society, and the Arthritis Foundation.
