He is survived by: his parents, Robert L. Perkey Jr. and Donita D. Slack (Cripe); his stepfather Robert K. Slack; his children, Bailey Perkey of Elkhart, IN, Dylan Perkey of South Haven, MI and Caleb Perkey of Niles, MI; and his sibling's children, Camden, Luca Perkey and Madison Perkey.
