He was predeceased by: his parents, John Melvin and Eleanor Fish (Gardner); his siblings, Connie Kush, Dana Fish and Dawn Fish; his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Fred Stevens; and his nephew John Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannie Barnette (Phil) and Kathy Ruess (Andrew); his grandchildren, Jerry Barnette and Vinnie Barnette; his brother Jon Fish; his sister-in-law Nancy Park (Kevin); his sibling's children, Amy McLeod (Charlie), Adam Fish (Paige), Stan Park (Stephanie), Sarah O'Hara (Jake Piechowiak) and Jake Stevens (Kerri); and his caregivers, Bae, Lindsey and Ryan.
