With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Smith of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Smith and Ella Smith (Wilder). He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Petersen; his daughters, Angela Hobbs (Jason) of South Bend, Andrea Smith (Eric Pschigoda) of Portage and April Neukam (Kaleb) of Granger; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Alyson Hobbs, Isobel, Owen and Emma Neukam.

Memorial contributions can be made to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen; 605 S. Center St. Bremen, IN 46506.
