It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Leigh Bartkowiak of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard Newman and Sandra Newman. She is survived by: her parents, Mike Bartkowiak (Jennifer Buras) and Dawn Smeltzer (Newman); her children, Lilyan Siford, Dahlia Collins, Iris Aguilera, Riot Aguilera and Magnolia Galindo; her sisters, Aubrianna Singh and Myranda Schumaker; her stepfather Mark Smeltzer; and her grandparents, Mike Bartkowiak (Mary) and Cindy Grounds. She is also survived by Many other Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Izaak Walton League (20400 Darden Rd, South Bend, IN 46637).
