It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim D. Chaney of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest R. Chaney and Irma Whitworth (Blake); his wife Jacquelyn Chaney (Pauli); his children, Rhonda Chaney of South Bend, Joseph Chaney (Jennifer Crosson) of South Bend, Jimmy Chaney (Tania) of Redondo Beach, CA, Steven Chaney (Cheryl) of Nashville, TN, Michael Chaney of South Bend, IN and Matthew Chaney of Morrisville, VT.; his grandchildren, Alex Chaney, Andrew Joseph Chaney, Arthur Chaney, Alice Chaney, Jill Cardona (Antonio), Daniel Chaney (Kathryn), Gracie Olguin (Jorge) and Andrew Jake Chaney; and his great grandchildren, Lavender Chaney, Lorenzo Cardona and Isaias Olguin.
