It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan B. Voorhies of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Goffeney and Alfreda Goffeney (Macht); and her daughter Diane Bukowski (Donald J. Voorhies). She is survived by: her children, Luann Oppenheim (William) and Jack Bukowski of South Bend; her grandchildren, Cara Barnes (Scott), Daniel Oppenheim (Jamie), Kelly Hawkins (Tim) and Jared Bukowski; and her great grandchildren, Megan, Will Barnes, Riley, Brady, Ben Oppenheim, Georgianna Hawkins and Kanyon Bukowski.
