With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Popielski of South Bend, Indiana, born in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, who passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine (Kapsa); her sister Phyllis Kaufmann; and her children-in-law, John VanNevel and Christine Popielski. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Popielski (Joe Urbanski), David Popielski, Gail Popielski West and Kurt Popielski; and her grandsons, Adam Urbanski (Dana Reilly), Taylor Urbanski, Andrew Popielski, Barry West (Miriam), Thomas Popielski and Garrett West. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
