With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Sorensen of South Bend, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Matthew Sorensen and Sheree Sorensen (North); his former wife Elise Miller; his son David Joel Sorensen; his siblings, Daniel Sorensen (Megan) and Sarah Borst (Garett); his nephews, Matthew and Jack Sorensen; and his grandparents, Wilma North, Jack, Donna Sorensen and Gerald North.
