He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walton Collins and Carolyn Collins (Huebner); his sister Mary Carol Kretschmar (Dave); his granddaughter Mary Joseph Little; his wife Judy Collins (Sieczko); his daughters, Brittany Kaufman (Justin), Brianna Little (Philip) and Amanda Collins (Austin Mast); his granddaughters, Helen Little, Julia Little and Laura Kaufman; and his siblings, Walton Collins, III (Margret), Jeanne Deweese (Michael) and Margaret Martin (Tony).
