He is survived by: his son Michael Polonka (Julie); his grandchildren, Victoria Greenwell, Jake Greenwell, Chris Polonka (Kathy) and Daniel Polonka; his stepgrandchildren, Jenny Huntman and Jake Huntman (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Everett and Ellie Polonka.
