He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Albert Frese and Judy Frese Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Frese (Lisa), Sean Frese (Jamie) and Matthew Frese (Dawn); his brother Jim Frese of Chincoteague, Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Ginny Lacey (Dale) and John Charles Warwick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A rosary was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart University of Notre Dame Notre Dame, IN (101 Basilica Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556).
