He is survived by: his wife Mechelle E. Kemp; his sons, Brian Kemp (Sally) of South Bend, Douglas Kemp (Monica) of South Bend and Branden Kemp of Granger; his grandchildren, Helen and Jonathan; and his brother William Kemp of Virginia Beach.
