He is survived by: his children, Timothy O'Hara of Indianapolis, IN, Anne Toth (Robert) of Middlebury, IN, Scott O'Hara (Carol McSheffrey) of Westborough, MA, Brigid Darden (Timothy) of Naperville, IL and John O'Hara (Ann) of Waukesha, WI.; and his sister Kathleen Hartwig (Quentin) of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
