He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Pendl and Nellie Pendl (Smith); his wife Betty June Pendl (Boger); and his siblings, Virginia Sult, Gladys Pendl and Jack Pendl.
He is survived by: his children, Nora Anderstrom (Reed), Paul Pendl (Karen) and Ray "Cully" Pendl (Michelle); and his sisters, Norma Dorman, Coral Hibiske and Ruth Hock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
