He is survived by: his mother Shirley Carlson West; his sisters, Natalie Bloomquist (Gary) of Essex, CT and Kristine Harlow (Jerry) of Union Mills, IN.; his siblings' children, Linnea Bloomquist of West Hartford, CT, Hannah Kominske (Mark) of Higganum, CT and Jason Ott (Sarah) of La Porte, IN.; his great-nephews, Jaxon and Colton Ott; and his great-niece Evelyn Kominske.
