He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne (Robert Humphrey), James (Mary Sue), Beatrice (Joe Kaczmarek), Daniel (Julie), Samuel (Martin Wood) and Amy (Pete); his wife Kathleen Costello; his children, Alysse (Harvey Mills), Megan and Nicholas; his mother-in-law Esther; his siblings, Gina (Tom), Rebecca (John), Laura (Matt), Paul and Ken (Laurie); and his caregiver Nichole. He is also survived by Loving his family, that included several extended family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to Reins of Life or Logan Center in his honor, as these were organizations near and dear to his heart.
