He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Joseph C. and Josephine Zawistowski (Trelka); his spouse Radell Taberski; and his son Jason Zawistowski. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Zawistowski of South Bend; his pets, Gabriel and Malakai; his brother Charles Zawistowski (Susan); his brothers-in-law, Raynard Taberski and Raymond Taberski; and his sibling's children, Andrew Zawistowski, Matt Zawistowski, Randy Taberski, Steve Taberski, Scott Taberski, Tim Taberski, Keith Tidey, Ken Tidey Jr., Aaron Taberski, Mindy Oles and Robin Parker.
